Texas Heart Institute and Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center to Host International Symposium 2022
The Texas Heart Institute is pleased to announce a new international educational offering in partnership with Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center. The Global Cardiovascular Forum will be held on February 26, 2022 from 8-12:30. This half-day symposium focuses on new guidelines, new approaches, new technologies, and new procedures in the care of the Cardiovascular patient to educate a national and international audience of physicians in the recent changes to the practice of Cardiology. This year’s symposium will cover topics such as heart failure management, heart disease in women, percutaneous management of valvular diseases, minimalist approaches to TAVR, and more. The event kicks off THI’s first of many events celebrating its sixtieth anniversary since its founding by Dr. Denton A. Cooley.
