THI Wellness Wednesday | Tai Chi

Tai Chi combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises to help your circulation, balance, and alignment while restoring energy. This is a very low-impact exercise with amazing benefits.

Body & Brain  will be hosting a class in the Ansary Atrium on Wednesday, April 10th at 2pm. This is a great opportunity to take some time out of your busy day to breathe.

Open to all THI Employees, Professional Staff, Students, Fellows & Residents.
