THI Wellness | Circuit Training – Beginner level

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance.

The head instructor from Kinitro Fitness will be hosting a beginner level class on Thursday, May 2nd  from 5pm to 6pm in the Ansary Atrium.Exercises will be modified according to individual fitness levels.

All THI Employees, Professional Staff, Students, Fellows & Residents are welcome to join us for a fun workout session.
