Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance.
The head instructor of Kinitro Fitness will host a beginner level class on Thursday, July 11th from 4:30 to 5:30 pm in the Ansary Atrium.Exercises will be modified according to individual fitness levels.
