Jaqueline Ferrufino

Jackie graduated from local Houston high school, St. John's School. She completed her undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH) with a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry as well as minors in Chemistry and Bioethics & Medical Humanities. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's in Science in Applied Bioinformatics from the D. Bradley McWilliams School of Biomedical Informatics at UTHealth Houston (formerly UTSBMI). In the future, she hopes to pursue a career as a physician and The Texas Heart Institute has been a crucial part of her exposure to the medical field.
