Free fall event to bring multiple fitness activities and healthy food

The Texas Heart Institute and Fit Houston, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering physically active and vibrant communities across Houston, is thrilled to announce the upcoming East End Fit Houston Fest in partnership with the East End District. This free community event, open to all, is set to take place on the Esplanade at Navigation on Sunday, November 5th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The East End Fit Houston Fest promises to ignite the spirit of vibrant minds, bodies, and communities by providing a day filled with immersive and enjoyable fitness activities, family-friendly fitness, a diverse array of healthy food vendors, enlightening cooking demonstrations by health experts, and an abundance of other wellness-oriented experiences.

The event holds particular significance for the historic East End neighborhood, as it strives to improve health outcomes and enhance the quality of life for those who live and work there.
