Members and graduates of our Texas Medical Center family are building a community to promote health and fellowship. Both a dance class and a fitness class, Zumba^® Dance is an exhilarating, alternative workout for the whole body and fun for all—regardless of dance skills or fitness level.

Held monthly as a charity benefit, the Zumba^® Dance classes are always donation based and open to the public.
