THI Wellness | Circuit Training – Beginner level

July 25 | 4:30 pm5:30 pm CDT

Circuit training is a form of  resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance.

The head instructor of Kinitro Fitness will host a beginner level class on Thursday, July 25th  from 4:30 to 6pm in the Ansary Atrium.Exercises will be modified according to individual fitness levels.

All THI Employees, Professional Staff, Students, Fellows & Residents are welcome to join us for a fun workout session.
