What does pulmonary regurgitation fraction of 38% mean?

The SIGNIFICANCE of a pulmonary valve regurgitant fraction (i.e., the % of blood flowing BACK into the right ventricle through an incompetent valve) depends on a number of things, most prominently the etiology of the pulmonary regurgitation. Without that knowledge, it's hard to weigh in.
