Stomp Out Stroke Festival
Houston’s Best Brain Day!
Stomp Out Stroke Festival is a collaborative event hosted by UTHealth and supported by the many institutions in the Texas Medical Center and organizations across Houston. On this day, we come together to educate the community about stroke. Why?
- Stroke is the No. 5 cause of death in the US and someone has a stroke about once every 40 seconds.
- Stroke is the leading preventable cause of disability.
