Is the dyskinetic area of my ventricle likely to rupture?
I had a stemi 3 years ago and on my most recent echo, it says the dyskinetic apical and septal areas are thin. Does this mean that it will keep getting thinner over time and rupture? Can this be fixed?

The areas in question would seem to be a consequence of the MI. They are unlikely to get worse as an ongoing result of that event, and, at this stage, are quite unlikely to result in rupture. Unless there are problems with the blood supply to the heart, there would be no benefit to “fix” it.
