%20to%20that%20during%20the%20late%20filling%20period%20%5BLFP%5D%29%3B%20and%202%29%20the%20volume%20ratio%2C%20VEFP%20%5C%2FVLFP%20%28the%20ratio%20of%20cumulative%20LV%20volume%20change%20between%20the%20EFP%20and%20LFP%29.%20These%20metrics%20were%20then%20compared%20with%20traditional%20transmitral%20blood%20flow-based%20MR%20and%20echocardiographic%20indices.%20The%20effect%20of%20temporal%20resolution%20on%20these%20metrics%20was%20also%20evaluated.%5CnSTATISTICAL%20TESTS%3A%20Bland-Altman%20and%20linear%20regression%20analyses%20were%20used%20to%20evaluate%20the%20performance%20of%20the%20proposed%20metrics%20against%20traditional%20indices%20of%20diastolic%20function.%5CnRESULTS%3A%20The%20REFP%20%5C%2FRLFP%20and%20VEFP%20%5C%2FVLFP%20correlated%20well%20with%20E%5C%2FAQ-flow%20%28r%202%20%3D%200.66%20and%200.54%2C%20respectively%29%20and%20E%5C%2FAecho%20%28r%202%20%3D%200.58%20and%200.49%2C%20respectively%29.%20Systolic%20indices%20remained%20robust%20%28%26lt%3B3%25%20error%29%20for%20frame%20rates%20%5Cu226520%20fps.%20Although%20the%20proposed%20VEFP%20%5C%2FVLFP%20was%20robust%20%28%26lt%3B5%25%20error%29%20up%20to%2025%20fps%2C%20the%20proposed%20volume-rate%20diastolic%20function%20metrics%20were%20less%20reliable%20%28%26gt%3B8%25%20error%29%20for%20frame%20rates%20below%2035%20fps.%5CnDATA%20CONCLUSION%3A%20In%20asymptomatic%20volunteers%2C%20cardiac%20cine%20MR%20images%20acquired%20at%20frame%20rates%20%26gt%3B35%20fps%20can%20be%20used%20to%20extract%20LV%20diastolic%20function%20indices%20from%20the%20temporal%20changes%20in%20LV%20volume.%5CnLEVEL%20OF%20EVIDENCE%3A%201%20Technical%20Efficacy%20Stage%3A%201%20J.%20Magn.%20Reson.%20Imaging%202019%3B50%3A1571-1582.%22%2C%22date%22%3A%22Nov%202019%22%2C%22language%22%3A%22eng%22%2C%22DOI%22%3A%2210.1002%5C%2Fjmri.26791%22%2C%22ISSN%22%3A%221522-2586%22%2C%22url%22%3A%22%22%2C%22collections%22%3A%5B%22CXMKC5YW%22%2C%22EA6QZY69%22%5D%2C%22dateModified%22%3A%222019-11-07T20%3A35%3A46Z%22%7D%7D%5D%7D
