Sudeep Kuchibhotla, MD

Dr. Sudeep Kuchibhotla is the James T. Willerson Clinical Research Fellow and serves as a clinical research professional within the Women’s Heart & Vascular Health department at the Texas Heart Institute working with the Women's Focused Research & Training program. Show full bio

Dr. Kuchibholta supports Dr. Stephanie Coulter with collaborative research projects both within the Institute and across the Texas Medical Center.

Sudeep was raised in Gainesville, FL and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida. He then attended Florida State University for medical school and went on to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA. Throughout his training, he has been involved in bench and clinical research. Most recently, his research has studied the use of acute mechanical circulatory support in patients with cardiogenic shock. He has presented his work at multiple national conferences, including those hosted by Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) and American College of Cardiology (ACC). Sudeep’s future clinical and research interests are in General and Interventional Cardiology.
