Michael Hermelin, MD

Michael J. Hermelin was born and raised in Northeast Ohio along the shores of Lake Erie. He attended the University of Akron where he graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Philosophy. Michael went on to receive his MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH. He then moved to Seattle where he completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Washington. Michael loves spending time with his wife, Dana, and two lovely daughters, Frances and Margaret. His interests include movies, playing drums, Premier League soccer, and tinkering with anything electronic. He is particularly interested in cardiac imaging and electrophysiology and plans to enter an EP fellowship after completing his general cardiology training at the Texas Heart Institute.
