THI Wellness | Tai Chi Tuesday

May 28 | 1:00 pm2:00 pm CDT

Tai Chi  involves simple exercises that do not require any expertise or athletic capability, just moving the body to each individual’s ability, guided by a Master instructor, introducing techniques for quieting the busy mind through meditation and focus on mindfulness breathing.

THI Faculty, Staff and Fellows are welcome to join us on Tuesday, May 28th at 1:00 PM in the Ansary Atrium.
