Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance.
The head instructor from Kinitro Fitness will be hosting a beginner level class on Thursday, April 18th from 5pm to 6pm in the Ansary Atrium. Exercises will be modified according to individual fitness levels.
