Making Healthy Food Choices
Goal
The students will understand the importance of making healthy food choices for a healthy heart.
Instructional Objectives
- Students will discuss the connection between what we eat and a healthy body and heart.
- Students will discriminate between healthy foods, or "heart-smart choices," and "junk food."
- Students will plan a healthy meal or snack.
