You may want to contact the physician interpreting the test for clarification. “No inducible wall motion abnormalities” implies that the test was normal, but your question states the study was interpreted as “abnormal.” During a stress echo there are other abnormalities that could occur, but wall motion abnormality detection is usually the focus of the exam.
