Can Wolff-Parkinson-White pathology be eliminated?

WPW is a genetic condition but usually doesn't get diagnosed until later in life. It can cause symptomatic arrhythmias and may rarely lead to syncope or sudden death. Treatment usually is catheter ablation which is curative in most cases.
