Question: Do I need to see a cardiologist based on these test results?
My question is do I need to seek a heart doctor out if my left atrium wall is severely dilated and my aortic valve structure is noted as calcified leaflets? The results were given back by an internal medicine doctor who conducted the test.

Yes, I would recommend you see a cardiologist.
