Dear members of Mrs. Moreno's 1st grade class,
What a good question you have asked. In my opinion, first graders should eat a well-rounded diet; enjoy exercise; get enough rest and sleep; and don't ever smoke. If your parents smoke, please encourage them to stop. If you practice these good habits, you will be on your way to maintaining a healthy heart.
You might also enjoy looking at our website's special program called "Project Heart: Activities for the Classroom." There's a lot of good information in it for young students. Good luck!
