Course Overview
Dr. Schwartz describes the advent of 3-dimensional cardiovascular imaging, its impact on clinical practice, and future directions. Techniques discussed include computed tomography and CTA with the treatment of Aortic Valve Stenosis as a particular focus.
Educational Objectives
The intended result of this activity is increased knowledge. At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to
- Describe the impact of CTA on cardiovascular practice.
- Describe the methods of CTA.
- Describe the performance of CTA relative to invasive angiography.

Individuals who will benefit by participating in this CME enduring material include cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, physicians and others interested in clinical implications related to CTA
