- TMC Garage 2, at the intersection of Holcombe Boulevard and Richard J.V. Johnson Avenue, connects to St. Luke's by a skybridge on level 2 and offers handicapped parking on levels 2 and 3.
- TMC Garage 1 on Fannin offers handicapped parking on level 2.
- John P. McGovern Texas Medical Center Commons at Bertner Avenue and Moursund Street.
- O'Quinn Medical Tower at St. Luke's, 6624 Fannin, and 6620 Main Street.
