Your heart, our minds; together we save lives.

We can't accomplish our mission to end heart disease without you on our team!
Thank you for supporting our efforts to find a cure through innovative collaborations with the greatest minds and institutions in the world.

Because the Texas Heart® Institute receives no patient care revenues, philanthropy plays an important role in maintaining our contributions to society and health throughout the world.

Unlike most nonprofit organizations, Texas Heart® Institute (THI) relies entirely on government grants, research contracts and—most significantly—philanthropy to achieve its goals of pioneering research and education for the prevention and treatment of heart disease.

THI is more than our celebrated number of open-heart operations, heart transplants or cardiology procedures. Our research and educational programs are the driving force of our excellence. These are the programs that will conquer heart disease once and for all.
