Take a "Dance Break" and Get Heart-Healthy
Partners and Customers Will Make Their Hearts Beat Faster in Time for Valentine's
WHO: H-E-B Officers, Partners (employees) and customers will break out in dance in support of American Heart Month
WHAT: Customers and Partners will switch up their Saturday morning shopping trips with a spontaneous "dance break" to get their hearts pumping to a healthy beat!

This lively "dance break" will showcase how fun and simple fitness can be. One of the best ways to fight heart disease is by adding some exercise to your weekly routine. Customers can stay and learn more about protecting and improving their heart health at the free Second Saturday screenings from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the pharmacy.
At our Bunker Hill location, customers can take part in educational sessions given by the experts at the Texas Heart Institute immediately following the dance break.
